Weathering effects special semi-grase water paint pencils.
Specially designed to facilitate the scale modeler's work. They allow to create rust, dirt, chipping, colors effects etc. This new technique, along with the other common techniques, will take the scale model to a higher level, both the beginner and the expert scale modeler.
To create shadow effects or weathering marks, apply over an acrylic or enamel base and blend with a brush moistened with water.
